The house

Un air de famille is a recently renovated semi-detached villa, designed for holidays with family or friends. It opens onto a terrace and a south-facing enclosed garden of about 700 m², where children can play safely. Back from the beach, a ground-floor shower is directly accessible from the garden.
It sits on a quiet street in the centre of Ambleteuse: the beach, shops, restaurants and playground are all within walking distance. In the evening, everyone gathers around the wood fire.
The house is smart-heated: the heating is programmed for your comfort, with nothing to adjust. For allergy sufferers: tiled floors downstairs, solid wood floors upstairs, bedding and textiles treated against dust mites.

Ambleteuse and around
Ambleteuse is a village on the Opal Coast, at the heart of the Grand Site des Deux Caps and the Caps et Marais d'Opale nature park. Beach, dunes, cliffs and history: it all starts at the front door.
The beach and Fort Mahon
The beach is 500 m away. The fort, built by Vauban in the late 17th century, stands on the sand and can be visited in season.
The Slack dunes
A lovely walk from Ambleteuse to Wimereux through the dunes. Bring water shoes to cross the Slack.
Cap Gris-Nez and Cap Blanc-Nez
Cliffs, coastal paths and, on a clear day, views of the English coast.
Walking, cycling and trail running
